Sales Tax Due Dates

Monthly filers are due on the 20th of each following month.

Quarterly filers are due on the 20th of each month following the quarter.

Annual filers are due on January 20th of the following year.

Payroll Tax Due Dates

Weekly 941 filers are due on each Wed. following the pay week.

Monthly 941 filers are due on the 15th of each following month.

Quarterly 941 filers are due on the 31st of the following month for each quarter.

Federal 940 (yearly unemployment) is due January 31st of the following year.
